Overview
- In the below series of videos we show how to perform complex and specific tasks with your ATS 2 channel scope. Click on the module you like and get transferred to the Login page of Moodle.com or if you have already logged in, get taken straight to the module to view.
- Change channel colours, on the fly and permanent.
- How to make remarks and comments in the recording.
- How to open a recording from the saved signals folder.
- How to make measurements with the cross hairs and how to zoom and scroll the recording.
- Value window, add and delete measurements.
- Value window changes and settings behavior.
- Cross hairs, how to move and find them outside of the screen. Tricks how to move both at the same time and centralisen.
- Look at the recording and analyse, using the learned scope driving skills.
- Judge sample speed, tooth count, setup RPM line.
- Find middle level and hysteresis. Zoom the RPM line and analyse (DeltaN). Filter the missing teeth.
- Build on top of the RPM line the differentiator for compression and combustion energy measurements. Low pass filter set up and practicalities.

- Join and measure with 2x ATS500XM scopes. Move from single channel to 4 channel measurement live. Looking at phasing. Change colours of channels.
- Open a 4 channel recording on a laptop with a 2 channel scope.
- Measure voltage and current dual channel. Calibration of the clamp and measurement mistakes. Using preset in Quick setup.
