The Trans Flush seminar is designed to assist, help you operate, and get the most from your transmission flush equipment. It is created for workshops, service dealership personnel and gearbox specialists who want to extend their knowledge in the use of transmission flushing equipment.

Set-Up
In this training, we’ll walk you through the initial machine set-up and pre turning-on preparation. You will learn how to set up system settings for use. We will also share details about printer setup and additional options such as the set up of the database and how to build a database for regular vehicles.
Your First Time
First-time use has a set of procedures that you’ll need to follow so that the trans. flush equipment runs correctly. We’ll show you what to do as failure to follow through on this will cause air pockets in the hoses and the equipment won’t run to efficiency.
Run It In
We’ll show you how to extract the old trans-oil and how to add new trans-oil with an on-screen bypass when not connected to a vehicle. We’ll include how to set the equipment up for specific transmissions fluids and how to adjust system settings.
Pre-Checks
We review pre-vehicle checks before going on to full transmission service. We’ll talk about hooking up the equipment to vehicles with the correct connectors. Once connected, we’ll show you through what inputs need to be made to the equipment for the initial vehicle setup and fluid transfer.
Best Practices
With trans. flush equipment there is a sequence to follow for the transfer of fluid. We’ll share best practices for a smooth trans. flush, what to watch out for and what to look for when reading the data from the equipment.
