Pathway Explained

AECS full training program has several overlapping seminars. You simply choose the strand you are most interested in and find what seminars you want to do. If you decide to change direction in your career or you feel you want to be multi talented, some seminars will create transferable skills between career strands.

Whether you are considering a career in the automotive industry, have just started your training pathway or are approaching completion, this is your guide to specialty training. The AECS training pathway will give you an overview to help you figure out what you have done, and what can be done next.
Check out for example how many different strands have the AED/DED seminar. The AED is a true multi skill training.

You do not have to follow the pathways in sequence, that is simply not always practical. However it does make especially the higher level seminars easier to digest if you do follow the pathway.
